When you submit an inquiry, register interest, or place a pre-order, we collect the details you enter. These can include your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, and any notes you add. For orders, we also keep the products and quantities you selected.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical data such as your approximate location, browser type, and the pages you visit, for security and to keep the site running. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Cookies and local storage
We use one functional cookie to remember your language choice. Your shopping cart is stored locally in your browser, not on our servers, until you submit an order. You can clear both at any time through your browser settings.
How we use your information
We use your details to respond to inquiries, arrange installation and delivery, process and confirm orders, and keep records of our correspondence. We do not sell your information.
